Event Services Terms & Conditions

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve event dates.

Deposits are applied toward the total balance due.

Dates are not considered booked until the deposit is received and confirmed.

Final Payment

Unless otherwise specified in writing, final payment is due before or at the start of services.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.

Client Cancellations

More than 30 days before event:

  • Deposit forfeited
  • No additional balance due

15 to 30 days before event:

  • Deposit forfeited
  • Up to 50% of remaining balance may be due

Less than 15 days before event:

  • Full contracted amount may be due

The Robinson Hearth Group, LLC may waive fees at its sole discretion.

Weather and Emergency Conditions

Outdoor events may require modification, postponement, or cancellation due to:

  • Severe weather
  • Public safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Acts of God

We will work with clients in good faith to reschedule whenever possible.

Photography and Media

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs and videos taken during events may be used by The Robinson Hearth Group, LLC for marketing, promotional, educational, and portfolio purposes.

Clients may request restrictions in writing before the event.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Securing venue permissions

  • Maintaining a safe environment

  • Obtaining any necessary permits

Limitation of Service Liability

The Robinson Hearth Group, LLC shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or service limitations caused by:

  • Government orders or emergencies

Right to Refuse Service
