What started as simply helping a local chapter of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated with a holiday event quickly became something more. It was meant to be a one time favor, stepping in to support the experience and bring a little joy to the families in attendance. But during that visit, something shifted. A young child stood quietly, watching with a level of belief that could not be overlooked. There was no hesitation, no doubt, just a genuine sense that he was in the presence of something real.

Later, a member of Zeta Phi Beta shared that the child truly believed he had just met the real Santa. That moment carried weight. It was not about performance or appearance. It was about presence. It was about creating an experience that felt authentic enough to be believed, and meaningful enough to be remembered. That realization stayed, and it became the foundation for everything that followed.
