At The Robinson Hearth Group, LLC, we are committed to providing quality apparel and merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in their original condition
- Have original tags attached, if applicable
- Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or excessive wear
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
The Robinson Hearth Group, LLC reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
- Custom or personalized products
- Made-to-order items
- Limited edition items marked as final sale
- Clearance or sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
Because many of our products are produced specifically for each customer, all custom and made-to-order sales are considered final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item and any visible damage
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We understand that sizing issues can occur.
Exchanges for apparel sizes may be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to inventory availability.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the error was made by The Robinson Hearth Group, LLC.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
Once production has started on a custom or made-to-order item, the order cannot be canceled.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item was damaged during shipment
- The item was defective
- The incorrect item was received
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking information.
